ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING AS MOOT
On December 31, 1991 the above named petitioner-owner filed a
Petition for Administrative Review against an order of the Rent
Administrator issued December 18, 1991. The order concerned various
housing accommodations located at 1579 Metropolitan Avenue, Bronx,
N.Y. The Administrator denied the owner's rent restoration
application.
The Commissioner has reviewed the record and carefully
considered that portion relevant to the issues raised by this
appeal.
The Commissioner notes that, in Docket No. GC630004RK, the
Administrator reconsidered the order issued in Docket No.
FD630160OR. The Administrator modified the order here under review
to order full rent restoration for rent controlled and rent
stabilized tenants. Since the Administrator's order in Docket No.
GC630004RK affords the owner the relief sought in this
administrative appeal proceeding, this proceeding must be
terminated as moot.
THEREFORE, pursuant to the Rent Stabilization Law and Code and
Rent and Eviction Regulations it is
ORDERED, that this proceeding be, and the same hereby is,
terminated as moot.
