                      ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING


     On July 1, 1993, the above-named petitioner filed a Petition for 
     Administrative Review (PAR) against an order issued on May 24, 1991 by the 
     Rent Administrator of the District Rent Office located at Gertz Plaza, 
     Jamaica, New York.

     In a letter dated June 30, 1994 the petitioner, advised that there is no 
     longer an issue to be determined, and is withdrawing its petition.

     THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 403, Laws of 1983, it 
     is 

     ORDERED, that this Administrative Review proceeding be, and the same hereby 
     is, terminated.
