ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW
On December 3, 1992 the above named petitioner filed a Petition
for Administrative Review concerning the housing accommodations
known as 118 Crisfield Street, Apartment 4, Yonkers, New York.
A Search of the record reveals that the Administrator issued an
order on March 1, 1993 under Docket No. HA910024RK which
supersedes the instant proceeding.
Consequently the instant PAR under Docket No. GL910037RO should
be terminated as moot by reason of Administrator's order under
docket No. HA910024RK.
This order is issued without prejudice the the owner's filing
a PAR against HA910024RK, if the facts so warrant, subject to the
35 day time limitation on filing PARs, as prescribed by the
relevant Regulations.
THEREFORE, in accordance with Rent Stabilization Law and Code,
the Emergency Tenant Protection Act of 1974, and Chapter 403 of the
Laws of 1983, as amended by Chapter 102 of the Laws of 1984, as
implemented by Operational Bulletin 84-1, it is
ORDERED, that this Petition be, and the same hereby is,
terminated as moot.
