                      ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING

               On November 22,  1991,  the  above-named  petitioner  timely
          refiled a Petition for Administrative  Review  (PAR)  against  an
          order issued on August 20, 1991, by the Rent Administrator of the 
          District Rent Office located at Gertz Plaza, Jamaica, New York.

               On June 6,  1992,  the  tenant  was  served  with  a  notice
          requesting that on June 19, 1992, the apartment be made available 
          for a physical inspection in connection with this proceeding.

               Thereafter, the inspector stated  in  his  report  that  the
          tenant  telephoned  to  withdraw  and  to  cancel,  in  that  all
          complaints had been repaired.

               THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 403, 
          Laws of 1983, as  amended  by  Chapter  102,  Laws  of  1984,  as
          implemented by Operational Bulletin 84-1, it is 

               ORDERED, that this Administrative Review proceeding be,  and
          the same hereby is, terminated.
