ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING ON APPEAL
On June 13, 1991, the above named petitioner-owner filed a
Petition for Administrtive Review against an order issued on
June 4, 1991 by the Rent Administrator, 92-31 Union Hall Street,
Jamaica, New York concerning housing accommodations known as Room
1402 at 130 East 57th Street, New York, New York wherein the Rent
Administrator determined that the owner had overcharged the
tenant.
On November 20, 1991 the owners' attorney submitted a supplement
to the petition. On March 24, 1992 the same attorney submitted a
letter stating that "[p]lease be advised that the owner herein
hereby withdraws its PAR filed with respect to this matter."
THEREFORE, in accordance with the Rent Stabilization Law and
Code, it is
ORDERED, that this proceeding be, and the same hereby is,
terminated and that the Rent Administrator's order be, and the
same hereby is, affirmed.
