                     ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING

     On September 11, 1990, the above named petitioner-owner filed a Petition 
     for Administrative Review against an order issued on August 14, 1990, by 
     the Rent Administrator, Gertz Plaza, 92-31 Union Hall Street, Jamaica, NY 
     concerning housing accommodations known as various apartments at 130 West 
     47th Street, New York, NY.

     By letter dated, April 30, 1992, the owner's attorney of record withdrew 
     its petition for administrative review due to sale of the building.  The 
     Commissioner is accordingly of the opinion that this proceeding should be 
     terminated.

     THEREFORE, in accordance with the Rent Control Law, and Rent and Eviction 
     Regulations, it is

     ORDERED, that this proceeding be, and the same hereby is terminated.
