                      ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING



              On August 28, 1990, the above-named landlord filed a petition 
          for administrative review of an order issued on July 31, 1990 by 
          the Rent Administrator concerning the housing accommodation known 
          as Apartment 2-G, 200 West 90th Street, New York, New York.

              Subsequently, the landlord mailed a letter to the rent agency 
          withdrawing its petition for administrative review.  The 
          Commissioner is accordingly of the opinion that this proceeding 
          should be terminated.

              THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of the Rent and 
          Eviction Regulations of New York City, it is

              ORDERED, that this proceeding be, and the same hereby is, 
          terminated.
