                      ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING

               On June 8, 1990, the above-named petitioner filed a Petition 
          for Administrative Review (PAR) against an order issued on May 15, 
          1990 by the Rent Administrator of the District Rent Office located 
          at 55 Church Street, White Plains, N.Y.

               In a letter dated October 9, 1990, the petitioner-tenant 
          advised that there is no longer an issue to be determined and 
          withdrew her petition.

               THEREFORE, pursuant to all of the applicable statutes and 
          regulations, it is

               ORDERED, that this Administrative Review proceeding be, and 
          the same hereby is, terminated.
