ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING
On March 30, 1990 the above-named petitioner filed a Petition
for Administrative Review (PAR) against an order issued on February
23, 1990 by the Rent Administrator of the District Rent Office
located at Gertz Plaza, Jamaica, New York.
In a letter dated June 8, 1994 the petitioner, advised that
there is no longer an issue to be determined and is withdrawing its
petition.
THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 403,
Laws of 1983, it is
ORDERED, that this Administrative Review proceeding be, and
the same hereby is, terminated.
