ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDINGS AS MOOT
The above-named petitioner-tenant timely refiled a
Petition for Administrative Review against an order of the Rent
Administrator issued September 13, 1989. The above named
petitioner-owner filed a timely petition against the same order.
The order concerned housing accommodations known as Apt. 1208
located at 2130 Broadway, New York, N.Y. The Administrator granted
the owner's rent restoration application.
The Commissioner notes that, in Docket No. DA410143RO, the
rent reduction order issued in Docket No. BK420738S has been
revoked. The Commissioner's order revoking the rent reduction
order renders these administrative appeals moot. These proceedings
are, therefore, terminated.
THEREFORE, pursuant to the Rent Stabilization Law and Code it
is
ORDERED, that these proceedings be, and the same hereby are,
terminated as moot.
