ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDINGS
On November 9, 1989 and November 3, 1989, the above-named
petitioner-landlords and the above-named petitioner-tenant,
respectively, filed a Petition for Administrative Review (PAR)
against an order issued on October 19, 1989, by the Rent
Administrator at Gertz Plaza, Jamaica, Queens, New York, concerning
the housing accommodations known as apartment Second Floor Front at
631 Park Avenue, New York, New York, wherein the Administrator had
revoked a decontrol order of February 11, 1977.
Two orders and opinions were, in succession, issued on these
appeals and each, in turn was remitted to the Commissioner by the
courts upon a Petition under Article 78 of the New York Civil
Practice Law and Rules; the second of these Article 78 Proceedings
was Greenberg and Stevens v. DHCR, (Parness, J.,Supreme Ct., New
York County, Index No.: 2240/92).
Subsequent to the latest remit, the parties and their
attorneys advised the Commissioner in writing that they were, each,

withdrawing their respective PAR.
Therefore, the Commissioner finds that the proceedings brought
on by the filing of the instant Petitions and assigned Docket
Numbers DK420014RO and DK420087RT, respectively, should be
terminated.
THEREFORE, pursuant to all of the applicable statutes and
regulations, it is
ORDERED, that these proceedings be, and the same hereby are,
terminated.
