ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING AS MOOT
On August 18. 1988 the above named petitioner-owner filed a
Petition for Administrative Review against an order of the Rent
Administrator issued July 18, 1988. The order concerned housing
accommodations known as Apt. 1D located at 141 E. 19th Street,
Brooklyn, N.Y. The Administrator denied the owner's rent
restoration application.
The Commissioner notes that, in Docket No. CL210223RO, the
rent reduction order which reduced the tenant's rent was revoked.
The Commissioner's decision in that administrative appeal
proceeding renders the owner's appeal herein moot. This proceeding
is, therefore, terminated.
THEREFORE, pursuant to the Rent Stabilization Law and Code it
is
ORDERED, that this proceeding be, and the same hereby is,
terminated as moot.
