                      ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING

               On June 27, 1989 the above-named petitioner filed a Petition 
          for Administrative Review (PAR) against an order issued on May 25, 
          1982 by the Rent Administrator of the District Rent Office located 
          at Gertz Plaza, Jamaica, New York.

               In a letter dated August 4, 1994 the petitioner-tenant advised 
          that there is no longer an issued to be determined and is 
          withdrawing its petition.

               THEREFORE, pursuant to all of the applicable statutes and 
          regulations, it is 

               ORDERED, that this Administrative Review proceeding be, and 
          the same hereby is, terminated.
