         ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW


     On May 31, 1989 the above named petitioner filed a Petition for 
     Administrative Review (PAR) concerning the housing accommodations known as 
     263 Kingsland Avenue, Apt. 3L, Brooklyn, NY.

     Subsequently the petitioner by her attorney sent a letter to the Division 
     stating that the petitioner wished to withdraw her PAR.

     Consequently the instant PAR under Docket No. DE 220478-RT should be 
     terminated as moot.

     THEREFORE, in accordance with the Rent and Eviction Regulations, it is 

     ORDERED, that this petition be, and the same hereby is, terminated as moot 
     in accordance with the above.
