ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW
On April 21, 1989, the above-named petitioner-owner filed a peti-
tion for administrative review (PAR) of an order issued on April
18, 1989, concerning the housing accommodation known as Apartment
9-G, 88-05 Merrick Boulevard, Jamaica, New York, wherein the
Administrator granted the owner's rent restoration application and
ordered the rent restored effective December 1, 1989.
The Commissioner has reviewed all of the evidence in the record and
has carefully considered that portion of the record relevant to the
issue raised by the administrative appeal.
In the petition for administrative review, the owner asserts that
the effective date of the restoration should be December 1, 1988.
The record indicates that on June 13, 1989, an amended order was
issued by the Rent Administrator restoring the rent effective
December 1, 1988. Accordingly, the owner has been granted the
relief sought in the petition and there is no further issue to be
determined.

it is
ORDERED, that this petition be, and the same hereby is, terminated.
