                      ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING

               On December 30, 1988, the above-named landlord filed a 
          petition for administrative review of an order issued on December 
          13, 1988 by the Rent Administrator concerning the housing 
          accommodation known as Apartment 3G, 98-50 67th Avenue, Forest 
          Hills, New York.

               By letter dated July 25, 1994, the landlord withdrew its 
          petition for administrative review.  The Commissioner is 
          accordingly of the opinion that this proceeding should be 
          terminated.

               THEREFORE, in accordance with the City Rent and Rehabilitation 
          Law and the Rent and Eviction Regulations, it is 

               ORDERED, that this proceeding be, and the same hereby is, 
          terminated.
