                 ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW
                               DOCKET NO. DL 410141 RT


          On December 13, 1989, the above-named petitioner-tenant  filed  a
          Petition for Administrative Review against  an  order  issued  on
          July 31, 1989, by the Rent Administrator, concerning the  housing
          accommodations known as 211 East 10th Street, New York, New York, 
          Apartment No. 10, which filing was deemed  timely  based  on  the
          fact that the Administrtor's order was mailed to the tenant at an 
          incorrect address.  

          By letter submitted December  15,  1989,  simultaneous  with  the
          filing of this petition for administrative review, the petitioner 
          requested that the proceeding be reopened due to an error in  the
          determination of allowable vacancy improvement increases.

          Following notification of the parties of  the  reopening  of  the
          proceeding, the Administrator on May  3,  1991  issued  an  order
          revoking the order of July 31, 1989,  recalculated  the  tenant's
          lawful stabilized rent and found a total overcharge of $5,747.97, 
          including interest on overcharges collected on or after April  1,
          1984 and excess security.  That order, Docket No. FB  410021-R/K,
          has not been the subject of a petition for administrative review.

          By the May 3, 1991 order, the Administrator resolved  all  issues
          raised in the instant petition for administrative review,  Docket
          No. DL 410141 RT.  There are, therefore, no further issues to  be
          determined herein, and this petition has been rendered moot.  

          THEREFORE, pursuant to the Rent Stabilization Law and Code, it is

          ORDERED, that this Administrative Review Docket No. DL 410141  RT
          be, and the same hereby is terminated.
