ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PETITIONS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW
On March 1st and 2nd, 1989, the above-named petitioner-owner
filed a multiple of Petitions for Administrative Review against
orders issued on January 27, 1989, by the District Re t Adminis-
trator, Gertz Plaza, Jamaica, New York, concerning the housing
accommodations known collectively as, the Parkchester Units,
Bronx, New York, wherein the Administrator ordered a rent reduc-
tion due to various building-wide service conditions including
defective vents, painting and cleaning in public areas and
inoperable elevator floor indicators.
While the administrative appeals were pending, the District Rent
Administrator issued amended orders on May 30, 1990, May 31, 1990
and June 8, 1990, revoking the defective vent condition as a
violation but retaining all other issues of the prior orders.
The petitioner-owner filed new petitions on July 2nd and 3rd,
1990, wherein the same issues included in the original PAR's
were restated with the exception of the vent issue.
DC 630016-RO, et al.
The Commissioner is of the opinion that the PAR's filed against
the original orders dated March 1st and 2nd, 1989, should be
terminated as moot. The supporting documentation included with
the initial PAR's will be considered to the extent that it is
relevant when the pending PAR's filed on July 2nd and 3rd, 1990,
are decided.
THEREFORE, in accordance with the Rent Stabilization Law and
Code, and the Rent and Eviction Regulations for New York City,
it is
ORDERED, that these petitions be, and the same hereby are,
terminated.

JOSEPH A. D'AGOSTA
Acting Deputy Commissioner
