               This proceeding is a duplicate of  another  proceeding  which
          was resolved by an Order and Opinion issued on September 14,  1989
          granting the tenant's  petition  and  revoking  a  certificate  of
          eviction (SJR 8026 (7356); CPTE 3068;3071).

               There is, therefore, no active issue to be determined herein. 
          This order has no affect on the abovenoted order and opinion.

               THEREFORE, pursuant to the Rent and Eviction Regulations  for
          New York City, it is

               ORDERED, that this Proceeding be, and  the  same  hereby  is,
          terminated.
