                      ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING


              On June 21, 1988, the above-named petitioners filed a Petition 
          for Administrative Review (PAR) against an order issued on May 17, 
          1988, by the Rent Administrator of the District Rent Office located 
          at 55 Church Street, White Plains, New York.

              In a letter dated April 4, 1994 the petitioner-tenants advised 
          that there is no longer an issue to be determined and withdrew 
          their petition.

              THEREFORE, pursuant to all of the applicable statutes and 
          regulations, it is

              ORDERED, that this Administrative Review proceeding be, and the 
          same hereby is, terminated.
