                      ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING

               On June 13, 1988, the above-named landlord filed a petition 
          for administrative review of an order issued on May 31, 1988 by the 
          Rent Administrator concerning the housing accommodation known as 
          Apartment 4C, 30 South Cole Avenue, Spring Valley, New York.

               By letter dated August 9, 1994, the landlord withdrew its 
          petition for administrative review.  The Commissioner is 
          accordingly of the opinion that this proceeding should be 
          terminated.

               THEREFORE, in accordance with the City Rent and Rehabilitation 
          Law and the Rent and Eviction Regulations, it is

               ORDERED,  that this proceeding be, and the same hereby is, 
          terminated.
