ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW
On June 15, 1988 the above named petitioner filed a Petition
for Administrative Review concerning the housing accommodations
known as 2101 75th Street, various apartments, Brooklyn, New York.
A search of the record reveals that the Commissioner issued an
order on September 3, 1991 under Docket No. ZPD 220023-RK which
determined issues raised herein.
Consequently the instant PAR under Docket No. CF 230143-RO
should be terminated as duplicative and moot by reason of
Commissioners order under Docket No. ZPD 220023-RK
THEREFORE, in accordance with Rent Stabilization Law and Code,
the Emergency Tenant Protection Act of 1974, and Chapter 403 of the
Laws of 1983, as amended by Chapter 102 of the Laws of 1984, as
implemented by Operatinal Bulletin 84-1, it is
ORDERED, that this petition be, and the same hereby is,
terminated duplicative and moot in accordance with the above.
