ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING AS MOOT
The above named petitioner-owner filed a timely Petition for
Administrative Review against an order of the Rent Administrator.
The order concerned housing accommodations known as Apt. 2J
located at 93-41 222nd Street, Queens Village, N.Y. The
Administrator denied owner's rent restoration application.
The Commissioner notes that, in Docket No. CK110096RO the rent
reduction ordered in Docket No. QS00004089S has been revoked. The
Commissioner's order revoking the rent reduction order renders this
administrative appeal moot. The proceeding is terminated.
THEREFORE, pursuant to the Rent Stabilization Law and Code it
is
ORDERED, that this proceeding be, and the same hereby is,
terminated as moot.
