     On April 12,1988, the above-named petitioner filed a Petition for Adminis 
     trative Review (PAR) against an order issued on March 30, 1993,  by the Rent 
     Administrator of the District Rent office located at Gertz Plaza, Jamaica, 
     NY.

     In a letter dated October 14, 1993 the petitioner advised that there is no 
     longer an issue to be determined, and is withdrawing his petition.

     THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 403, Laws of 1983, it 
     is 

     ORDERED, that this Administrative Review proceeding be, and the same hereby 
     is, terminated.
