                      ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING

               On April 26, 1988, the above-named petitioner filed a Petition 
          for Administrative Review (PAR) against an order issued on February 
          22, 1988 by the Rent Administrator of the District Rent Office 
          located at Gertz Plaza, Jamaica, N.Y.

               In a letter dated April 6, 1993 the petitioner advised that 
          there is no longer an issue to be determined, and is withdrawing 
          its petition.

               THEREFORE, pursuant to all of the applicable statutes and 
          regulations, it is 

               ORDERED, that this Administrative Review proceeding be, and 
          the same hereby is, terminated.
