                      ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING


              On October 13, 1988, the above-named petitioner filed a 
          Petition for Administrative Review (PAR) against an order issued on 
          October 7, 1988 by the Rent Administrator of the District Rent 
          Office located at Gertz Plaza, Jamaica, New York.

              On November 16, 1988, the Administrator issued an order under 
          Docket #CG710106S which superseded the Administrator's order issued 
          under Docket No. CG710160S.

              In a letter dated September 15, 1993 the petitioner, advised 
          that there is no longer an issue to be determined, and is 
          withdrawing its petition.

              THEREFORE, pursuant to all of the applicable statutes and 
          regulations, it is

              ORDERED, that this Administrative Review proceeding be, and the 
          same hereby is, terminated.
