ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING
On November 10, 1988, the above-named petitioner-tenant, by
the law firm which represented said tenant, timely filed a petition
for administrative review against an order issued on October 12,
1988, by the District Rent Administrator, Gertz Plaza, Jamaica, New
York, concerning housing accommodations known as apartment 10A
located at 525 East 72 Street, New York, New York, wherein the
Administrator had granted the owner's application for a certificate
of eviction under 9NYCRR2204.8.
The Commissioner finds that subsequent to the filing of this
Petition, the Petitioner's attorneys advised the Commissioner that
it is their understanding that there are no longer active issues to
be resolved in this matter, as this proceeding was settled between
the parties.
Therefore, the Commissioner finds that the proceeding brought
on by the filing of the instant Petition and assigned Docket Number
CK410032RT should be terminated.
THEREFORE, pursuant to all of the applicable statutes and
regulations, it is
ORDERED, that this proceeding be, and the same hereby is,
terminated.
