               ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING AS PREMATURE
            
          On May 9, 1988, the  above-named  petitioner  filed  a  Petition  for
     Administrative Review (PAR) appealing the Administrator's order issued  on
     April 1, 1988, by the Rent  Administrator  of  the  District  Rent  Office
     located at Gertz Plaza, 92-31 Union Hall Street, Jamaica, New York.

          In a letter dated August 13, 1990, the petitioner, advised that there 
     is no longer an issued to be determined, and is withdrawing its petition.

          THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 403, Laws  of
     1983, as  amended  by  Chapter  102,  Laws  of  1984,  as  implemented  by
     Operational Bulletin 84-1, it is

          ORDERED, that this Petition for Administrative  Review  be,  and  the
     same hereby is, terminated as premature.
