ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING
On March 16, 1988, the above-named petitioner filed a Petition
for Administrative Review (PAR) against an order issued on February
23, 1988 by the Rent Administrator of the District Rent Office
located at Gertz Plaza, Jamaica, New York.
In a letter dated May 13, 1993 the petitioner, advised that
there is no longer an issue to be determined, and is withdrawing
her petition.
THEREFORE, pursuant to all of the applicable statutes and
regulations, it is
ORDERED, that this Administrative Review proceeding be, and the
same hereby is, terminated.
