                      ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING


              On June 9, 1988, the above-named petitioner filed a Petition 
          for Administrative Review (PAR) against an order issued on May 5, 
          1988 by the Rent Administrator of the District Rent Office located 
          at Gertz Plaza, Jamaica, New York.

              Subsequently, the petitioner advised DHCR that there was no 
          longer an issue to be determined, and withdrew the petition.

              THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 403 
          Laws of 1983 it is

              ORDERED, that this Administrative Review proceeding be, and the 
          same hereby is terminated.
