CORRECTING ORDER
On April 13, 1994, the Commissioner issued an Order and Opinion
under the above referenced docket number with respect to housing
accommodations known as 5315 15 Avenue, Brooklyn, New York,
apartment 2K, wherein the Commissioner granted the tenant's
administrative appeal.
The first paragraph on page two of said Order and Opinion indicates
that the window installation was completed in December 1994
whereas, in fact, said installation was completed in December 1984.
The Commissioner deems it appropriate that this typographical error
be corrected.
THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of the Rent
Stabilization Law and Code, it is
ORDERED, that the Commissioner's order and opinion issued on April
13, 1994 be, and the same hereby is corrected by deleting the year
1994 in the first paragraph on page two of said order and by
changing said order to read "1984"; and that as so corrected said
Order and Opinion be, and the same hereby is, affirmed in all
respects. This correcting order does not revise the issuance date
of the Commissioner's original order.
