                     ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING

        On September 19, 1986, the  above  named  petitioner-owner  filed  a
        Petition for  Administrative  Review  against  an  order  issued  on
        September 18, 1986 by the District Rent Administrator, 10 
        Columbus   Circle,   New   York,   New   York   concerning   housing
        accommodations known as Apartment 4K at 245  Lenox  Road,  Brooklyn,
        New York.  The petition, assigned Docket  No.  BJ  230115-RO,  is  a
        separately-mailed photocopy of a petition  assigned  Docket  No.  AI
        210108-RO and decided on July  13,  1987.   As  such,  this  present
        petition in Docket No. BJ 230115-RO must be dismissed as moot.

        THEREFORE, in accordance with the Rent Stabilization Law  and  Code,
        it is

        ORDERED,  that  this  proceeding  be,  and  the  same   hereby   is,
        terminated.
