                      ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING


              On June 29, 1987, the above-named owner filed a petition for 
          administrative review of an order issued on May 29, 1987 by the 
          Rent Administrator concerning various housing accommodations in the 
          premises known as 1440 Midland Avenue, Bronxville, New York.

              By letter dated March 28, 1994, the subject owner withdrew its 
          petition for administrative review.  The Commissioner is 
          accordingly of the opinion that this proceeding should be 
          terminated.

              THEREFORE, in accordance with the State Rent and Eviction 
          Regulations, it is

              ORDERED, that this proceeding be, and the same hereby is, 
          terminated.
