                      ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING




              On June 3, 1987, the above-named tenant filed a petition for 
          administrative review of an order issued on May 15, 1987 by a Rent 
          Administrator concerning the housing accommodation known as 
          Apartment 66, 571 West 139th Street, New York, New York.

              By letter dated April 1, 1994, the subject tenant withdrew her 
          petition for administrative review.  The Commissioner is 
          accordingly of the opinion that this proceeding should be 
          terminated.

              THEREFORE, in accordance with the City Rent and Eviction 
          Regulations, it is

              ORDERED, that this proceeding be, and the same hereby is, 
          terminated.
