ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING
On June 30 1987 the above named petitioner filed a Petition for
Administrative Review (PAR) against an order issued on June 18, 1987, by
the Rent Administrator, of the District Rent Office.
On February 16, 1993 the Commissioner sent a letter to the petitioner, said
letter inquiring whether there was still an issue to be determined, and
requesting the petitioner to indicate whether it wished to withdraw its
PAR.
In a letter dated February 22, 1993 the petitioner advised that there is no
longer an issue to be determined, and is withdrawing its petition.
THEREFORE, in accordance with the provision of Chapter 403, Laws of 1983,
as amended by Chapter 102, Laws of 1984, as implemented by Operational
Bulletin 84-1, it is
ORDERED, that this Administrative Review proceeding be, and the same hereby
is, terminated.
