B 3101548-RT                           PETITIONER    :     ------------------------------------X                                                 ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING     On  April  20,  1987  the  above  named  tenant  filed  a   petition   for     administrative review of an order issued on March 16, 1987 by the District     Rent Administrator concerning the housing accommodation known as Apartment     2-F, 16 Elliot Place, Bronx, New York.     The record indicates that  the  instant  petition  is  a  duplicate  of  a     petition filed under Administrative Review Docket No. BD 210141-RO,  which     was determined by an order and opinion issued  on  March  20,  1991.   The     Commissioner is accordingly of the opinion that this proceeding should  be     terminated.     THEREFORE, in accordance with the Rent Stabilization Law and Code, it is     ORDERED, that this proceeding be, and the same hereby is, terminataed.     ISSUED:                                                                                                       ELLIOT SANDER                                     Deputy Commissioner
