ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING
On April 8, 1987, the above-named petitioner filed a Petition
for Administrative Review (PAR) against an order issued on March 4,
1987 by the Rent Administrator of the District Rent Office located
at Gertz Plaza, Jamaica, N.Y.
On April 13, 1993 and June 21, 1993 the DHCR wrote to the
petitioner to inquire if there was still an active issue to be
resolved.
In the second letter, the petitioner was notified that if it
failed to reply it would have to be assumed that there is no longer
an active issue to be determined. The petitioner again failed to
reply.
THEREFORE, in accordance with provisions of Chapter 403, Laws
of 1983, it is
ORDERED, that this Administrative Review proceeding be, and
the same hereby is, terminated.
