ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING THE PROCEEDING
On November 5, 1987, the above-named owner filed a petition
for administrative review of an order issued on October 8, 1987,
by a District Rent Administrator concerning the housing
accommodation known as Apartment No. 2RR, 41-25 49th Street,
Queens, New York.
The Commissioner has reviewed all of the evidence in the
record and has carefully considered that portion of the record
relevant to the issues raised by the administrative appeal.
The Commissioner notes that the issues raised by the owner's
petition were determined by the Commissioner in docket number BG
120359 RO issued on May 27, 1992. Accordingly, the Commissioner
finds that the instant petition is moot and that this proceeding
should be terminated.
THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of the Rent
Stabilization Law and Code, it is
ORDERED, that this Administrative Review proceeding be, and
the same hereby is, terminated.
