ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW
On October 23, 1987, the above-named petitioner-tenant filed
a petition for administrative review of an order issued on October
8, 1987, by the Rent Administrator, concerning the housing
accommodation known as 2400 East 3rd Street, Brooklyn, New York,
Apartment No. 711, wherein the Administrator determined that based
on a physical inspection conducted by DHCR, the owner failed to
maintain certain services. The Administrator directed restoration
of these services and further ordered a reduction of the
stabilization rent.
While the administrative appeal was pending, the Administrator
reconsidered its order. On May 26, 1988, the Administrator
affirmed its order under Docket Number AD 230124 - B and issued an
order under Docket Number BK 210001 - RP.
The Commissioner is of the opinion that the instant petition
should be terminated as moot.
THEREFORE, in accordance with the Rent Stabilization Law and
Code, it is

terminated.
