ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW
On September 29, 1987, the above-named petitioner-tenant
filed an Administrative Appeal against an alleged order that the
tenant claims was issued on August 31, 1987, by the Enforcement
Unit of the DHCR at 17 John Street, New York, New York,
concerning the housing accommodation known as 109-05 Union Hall
Street, Jamaica, New York, Apartment No. 1 - ER.
Docket Number 17,499 HL, referenced in the petition, is a
harassment complaint filed by the tenant at the DHCR Enforcement
Unit.
The record being devoid of any evidence of an appeal being
filed against a District Rent Administrator's order; the
Commissioner finds that the instant petition must be terminated.
THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of the Rent
Stabilization Law and Code, it is
ORDERED, that this petition be, and the same hereby is
terminated.
