ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW
On August 6, 1987 the above named petitioner filed a Petition for
Administrative Review (PAR) concerning the housing accommodations
known as 170 West End Avenue, Apt. 19E, New York, New York 10023.
A search of the record reveals that the PAR is a duplicate of one
filed on July 31, 1987 which was assigned Docket No. BG 410187
RO.
Consequently the instant PAR under Docket No. BH 410334 RO should
be terminated as duplicative of the petition which was assigned
Docket No. BG 410187 RO. An order and opinion dealing with the
merits of the PAR will be issued under Docket No. BG 410187 RO.
THEREFORE, in accordance with Rent Stabilization Law and Code,
the Emergency Tenant Protection Act of 1974, and Chapter 403 of
the Laws of 1983, as amended by Chapter 102 of the Laws of 1984,
as implemented by Operational Bulletin 84-1, it is
ORDERED, that this petition be, and the same hereby is,
terminated as duplicative in accordance with the above.
