         ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW


      On April 28, 1987 the above-named petitioner-owners filed a Petition for 
      Administrative Review against an order issued on April 16, 1987 by the 
      Rent Administrator, 10 Columbus Circle, New York, New York concerning 
      the housing accommodations known as 156 East 54th Street, Brooklyn, New 
      York, Apartment No. 5C wherein the Rent Administrator determined that 
      the owners had overcharged the tenant.


      This is a duplicate of another petition (Docket No. BD410554RO) filed 
      that same day, and decided on October 4, 1991.  This appeal is therefore 
      moot.
       

      THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of the Rent Stabilization 
      Law and Code, it is


      ORDERED, that this petition for administrative review be, and the same 
      hereby is, terminated.
