ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW
On January 7, 1987, the above-named petitioner filed a Petition
for Administrative Review concerning the housing accomodations
known as Apartment 2-L at 144-25 33rd Avenue, Flushing, New York.
A search of the record reveals that the Commissioner issued an
order on March 13, 1990 under Docket No. BA 110004-RO which
determined issues raised herein.
Consequently the instant PAR under Docket No. BA 110448-RO should
be terminated as duplicative and moot by reason of Commissioner's
order under Docket No. BA 110004-RO.
THEREFORE, pursuant to the Rent Stabilization Law and Code, it is
ORDERED, that this petition be, and the same hereby is, terminated
duplicative and moot in accordance with the above.
