         ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW

      On June 9, 1987, the above-named petitioner-tenant filed a Petition for 
      Administrative Review concerning the housing accommodations known as 
      1375 Ocean Avenue, Apt. No. 4P, Brooklyn, NY.

      A review of the evidence in this case discloses that the tenant failed 
      to clearly identify the order appealed.  Further, there is no evidence 
      that an order was actually issued pursuant to the docket cited 
      (22831057-77942).

      Furthermore, the petitioner-tenant failed to state any objection to the 
      alleged order, the issue date of the order; or the name and address of 
      the owner.

      THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of the Rent Stabilization 
      Law and Code, it is

      ORDERED, that this petition for administrative review be, and the same 
      hereby is, terminated.
