ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW
On April 15, 1987, the above-named petitioner-owner filed an
Administrative Appeal against an order issued on March 23, 1987,
by the District Rent Administrator, 92-31 Union Hall Street,
Jamaica, New York, concerning the housing accommodations known as
200 West 16th Street, New York, New York, Apartment No. 2 - F.
A review of DHCR records reveals that the District Rent
Office order issued on March 23, 1987 under Docket Number 040303
pertained to a building other than 200 West 16th Street, New
York, New York; the subject building herein.
The Commissioner notes that the relief sought by the
petitioner-owner on appeal was granted to the owner by the
District Rent Administrator on January 24, 1986, under Docket
Number 020688.
Accordingly, the Commissioner is of the opinion that this
petition should be terminated.
THEREFORE, in accordance with the Rent Stabilization Law and
Code, it is
ORDERED, that this petition be, and the same hereby is,
terminated.
