ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING
On April 22, 1987 the above-named tenants filed a petition
for administrative review of an order issued on March 26, 1987 by
a District Rent Administrator concerning the housing
accommodations known as 5 West 86th Street, Apartment 12E, New
York, New York.
The record shows that the instant petition is a duplicate of
a petition which was assigned Administrative Review Docket No. BD
410091 RT, which was dismissed by the Commissioner by an order and
opinion issued on January 25, 1990, based upon the tenants'
withdrawal of their petition. The Commissioner is accordingly of
the opinion that the instant proceeding should be terminated.
THEREFORE, in accordance with the Rent Stabilization Law and
Code, it is
ORDERED, that this proceeding be, and the same hereby is,
terminated.
