ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING
On March 12, 1987 the above-named owner refiled a timely petition for
administrative review of an order issued on December 12, 1986 by a
District Rent Administrator concerning housing accommodations known as
Apartment C1, 75 Prospect Park Southwest, Brooklyn, New York.
The instant petition, which was inadvertently docketed separately and
assigned Administrative Review Docket No. BC 210566-RO, is a duplicate of
a petition previously considered by the Commissioner under Docket No. BC
210583-RO which resulted in the issuance, on January 30, 1989, of a final
Order and Opinion Denying Petition for Administrative Review. The
Commissioner notes that through clerical oversight, the docket number
indicated in the caption of that order and opinion bore the incorect
suffix of "RV" rather than "RO".
The Commissioner is accordingly of the opinion that the instant proceeding
under Docket No. BC 210566-RO should be terminated.
THEREFORE, pursuant to the Rent Stabilization Law and Code, it is
ORDERED, that this proceeding be, and the same hereby is, terminated.
