DOCKET NO.:

ORDER AND OPINION DENYING PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW
On August 11, 1986, the above-named petitioner-tenant filed a
Petition for Administrative Review (PAR) asserting an administra-
tive appeal of a Rent Administrator's determination dated July 7,
1986, concerning the housing accommodation known as 40-18 192nd
Street, Apartment 1, Queens, New York.
In the petition, the tenant alleges a reduction of several building
and individual apartment services. However, an administrative
appeal is not the proper vehicle to assert service reductions. The
tenant may file complaints of current service reductions, if any,
in the prescribed manner.
The petitioner fails, moreover, to specify any errors of law or
fact by the Administrator. Consequently further consideration of
the instant appeal is not warranted.
It is noted that Division records suggest that the tenant may have
vacated the premises.
THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of the Rent Stabili-
zation Law and Code, it is,
ART 12503-Q
ORDERED, that the tenant's petition be, and the same hereby is,
denied.
