     ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW DOCKET NO ARL 08433-Q

     On March 1, 1986 the above named petitioner-owner  filed  a  Petition  for
     Administrative Review against an order issued on February 5, 1986  by  the
     District Rent Administrator, Gertz Plaza, Jamaica,  New  York,  concerning
     housing accommodations  known  as  apartment  4V  at  39-60  54th  Street,
     Woodside, New York.

     The instant  petition,  which  was  inadvertently  docket  separately  and
     assigned Administrative Review Docket No. ARL 08433-Q is a duplicate of  a
     petition previously considered by the Commissioner under  Docket  No.  ARL
     08265-Q which resulted in the issuance, on June 13, 1990 of a final  Order
     and  Opinion  Denying  Petition  for  Administrative  Appeal.   There   is
     therefore no further issue to be determined herein.

     THEREFORE, pursuant to the Rent Stabilization Law and Code, it is

     ORDERED, that this Administrative Review Docket No. ARL  08433-Q  be,  and
     the same hereby is terminated.
