ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW
On December 22, 1986 the above-named petitioner-owner filed
a Petition for Administrative Review against an order issued on
December 1, 1986 by the Rent Administrator, 10 Columbus Circle,
New York, N.Y. concerning housing accommodations known as 67-67
Burns Avenue, Forest Hills, New York, Apartment No. 6-M, wherein
it was determined that the tenant had been overcharged.
The Commissioner notes that this petition, assigned Docket
No. AL 110728-RO, is a duplicate of a petition which resulted in
an Order and Opinion Granting In Part Petition for Administrative
Review issued on July 10, 1990 under Docket No. AL 110567-RO.
There is, therefore, no further issue to be determined herein.
THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of the Rent
Stabilization Law and Code, it is
ORDERED, that this duplicate petition be, and the same
hereby is, terminated.
